Contribute Now and Double Your Impact!

We’re thankful to Roger Tilles for his donation of a $25,000 Challenge Grant.

Thanks to you the arts continue to bring a high quality of life to those of us living on Long Island and especially to our children.

jeffs-sternWe recently caught up with Jeff Stern, a past LIAA Scholar-Artist Award honoree who writes, “I’m currently the Director of Learner Experience Design at Girls Who Code (girlswhocode.com), a non-profit that teaches middle and high school aged girls to code.  Now, I get to design systems that help thousands of students be creative and express themselves using technology and computer science. It’s exciting getting to show students how computer science is a tool for art.

Every day, your support makes stories like Jeff’s possible. And just think of the young people that are benefiting from his passion and commitment. Bravo!!

Today, we’re launching our 2016 Year-End Campaign.  Our goal is to raise $6000.  If we raise that amount, we’ll be able to take full advantage of Roger Tilles’s matching grant!  We have already raised $19,000 toward our goal and we need your help to make it happen.

Would you be willing to make a special year-end donation of $50, $100 or whatever you can afford to help us meet our goal and continue important programs that inspire people like Jeff?

We simply can’t do it without you.

Thank you for keeping the arts alive on Long Island.

With gratitude,

Executive Director

P.S.  Today, we launched our 2016 Year-End Campaign.  Our goal is to raise $6,000 towards inspiring the artists – like Jeff Stern – and the arts educators who are making a difference. We can’t do it without your help.  Will you make a gift of $50, $100 or whatever you can afford to help us meet this goal?
