North Shore Village Theatre is an inclusive, community-based performing arts organization serving Long Island’s North Shore and beyond. With a mission to provide education, entertainment, and enrichment through the performing arts, NSVT is committed to creating high-quality theatrical experiences for audiences of all ages. Under the leadership of Artistic Director Christopher Moll and Resident Musical Director Dr. Steven Dahlke, the company draws on the region’s deep talent pool to produce engaging, professional-caliber performances.
Currently, NSVT is raising funds to establish a permanent theater home—an ambitious next step in its vision to become a cultural cornerstone of the North Shore. This future venue will allow the company to expand its programming, increase accessibility, and offer year-round opportunities for artists and audiences alike.

Lauren Wagner is the Executive Director of the Long Island Arts Alliance, where she leads advocacy, policy, and community initiatives to strengthen the arts and cultural sector across Nassau and Suffolk Counties. A passionate champion for arts education, nonprofit sustainability, and creative collaboration, Lauren brings a decade of experience in cultural leadership to her work. When she's not convening arts leaders or testifying for arts funding, she’s likely chasing after her two young boys or crafting crayon art.
