Your Time For Creative Empowerment, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, works with youth and their families to identify solutions to 21st century challenges and pitfalls.
We empower youth and parents of both secular and faith-based communities through creative means. These include the Arts, Fashion and Culture alongside creative counseling techniques. Mechanisms are in place to improve interpersonal relationships and avoid pitfalls that are unique to life in the 21st century.
Our goal is to identify and effectively develop healthy problem-solving, enhance personal development and increase cultural sensitivity.

Lauren Wagner is the Executive Director of the Long Island Arts Alliance, where she leads advocacy, policy, and community initiatives to strengthen the arts and cultural sector across Nassau and Suffolk Counties. A passionate champion for arts education, nonprofit sustainability, and creative collaboration, Lauren brings a decade of experience in cultural leadership to her work. When she's not convening arts leaders or testifying for arts funding, she’s likely chasing after her two young boys or crafting crayon art.
